Joseph Bugarin serves as the Intake Coordinator at Gian-Grasso & Tomczak Immigration Law Group. Since joining the firm in early 2025, he has often been the first person prospective clients speak with when seeking immigration guidance.

A commitment to service in law and medicine

Based in Mexico, Joseph is pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree at the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua. Outside GTILG, Joseph volunteers in medical settings and has assisted with surgical procedures at Star Médica Hospital in Chihuahua, Mexico. Working alongside healthcare professionals and serving patients from different communities have reinforced his values of listening closely, communicating clearly, and treating every individual with dignity.

Joseph brings those same principles to his role at GTILG. He takes pride in helping prospective clients understand their options and take their first steps toward a successful immigration journey.

In his free time, Joseph is passionate about music, playing both guitar and piano. He also enjoys shooting hoops on the basketball court and cherishes the time he spends with his friends and family.
