Brennan Gian-Grasso
Attorney at law
Founding partner Brennan specializes in removal defense, immigration appeals, federal litigation, and the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. A member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar, he holds degrees from Temple University, the London School of Economics, and the University of Pennsylvania.
Kimberly Tomczak
ATTORNEY AT LAW
As a founding partner, Kimberly represents clients in removal proceedings, asylum cases, appeals, family petitions, and other USCIS matters. She formerly taught Asylum and Refugee Law and holds degrees from Temple University and La Salle University.
Alina Park
SENIOR ATTORNEY
Joined as law clerk in 2019, now senior attorney handling removal defense, appellate work before Board of Immigration Appeals, and USCIS applications. Degrees from Drexel University and Rutgers University.

Paola Jimenez
PARALEGAL TEAM LEAD
Before joining GTILG in 2019, Paola spent more than eight years as a junior attorney in the Dominican Republic. Now serving as Paralegal Team Lead, she holds degrees in law and legal practice and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Chin Ean Tan
PARALEGAL
Chin has been a valued member of the GTILG team since 2013, providing support across USCIS filings, immigration litigation, records requests, and complex casework. She earned associate degrees in liberal arts and paralegal studies, both with highest honors, and is proficient in several languages.
Tiesha Rodriguez
PARALEGAL
Philadelphia native Tiesha brings administrative and bookkeeping experience dating back to 2007. She holds a certificate in business office operations and an associate degree in criminal justice, is a Notary Public, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
Jackie Aragon
PARALEGAL
Jackie brought hands-on immigration law experience to GTILG when she joined in 2023, including interpreting for clients during USCIS interviews. She holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University, is fluent in both English and Spanish, and plans to pursue a law degree.
Ailyn Hernandez

Ailyn is a paralegal at GTILG, playing an integral role in guiding clients through every stage of the immigration process. Her commitment and collaboration with the firm's attorneys and fellow paralegals enable each client to receive the attentive, coordinated support they deserve.

With legal experience in both the Dominican Republic and the United States, Eliseo brings a well-rounded perspective to humanitarian immigration cases. Fluent in English and Spanish, he supports clients seeking asylum, cancellation of removal, and other humanitarian relief.

Joseph is often the first person prospective clients speak with when contacting GTILG. He draws on experience in interpretation, customer service, database management, and medical volunteering to approach every conversation with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Deyna supports GTILG’s attorneys and clients through case preparation, document drafting, file management, and clear communication. With experience in immigration and personal injury law, she combines close attention to detail with compassionate service in both English and Spanish.

With six years of experience as a paralegal and legal assistant, Carla understands firsthand what it means to navigate the immigration process.
